I was really disappointed with the place. The heating only worked in the living area, leaving the bedroom freezing. It was so dark and worn out too. I just couldn’t get comfortable or focus on my work. Super frustrating!

Comfy, newly decorated unit with private bathroom, and outstandingly accommodating staff. Central location in a quiet area. Also - just off the shopping centre as well as a walk beside the river.

The location was excellent for our BCS Dragonboats regatta on the Nepean, making it convenient for my colleagues and me. We also appreciated the proximity to various dining options, such as the Coffee Club for breakfasts and the Panthers Club for Friday dinner. After spending a long day competing on the river, the outdoor pool was a refreshing escape and greatly welcomed. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat at the end of busy days.

The cabin was older compared to my previous stay.

well, it was a very nice stay of longer than one night. the hotel had a favourable location close to trench reserve park. a stadium and eateries were located close to the venue.

The bed was really comfortable, which was a plus. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The amenities could use an upgrade, and the kitchen felt a bit bare. The location was great for the event we attended, though!

We had a fantastic stay with great value for our money; the room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the river and parks, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.

Units in the bedrooms which were very hot. It included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. The location was quiet and exceptionally nice, for example, Cables Wake Park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Stayed for 12 nights, everyone was really helpful, I felt at home.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the ample cooking facilities that allowed me to prepare meals easily. The room, though compact, was adequate for my one-night visit, equipped with a comfortable double bed, a clean bathroom, and a TV for entertainment.

While this was a minor inconvenience, it did detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.

the location is beautiful, situated right by the nepean river, making it both serene and convenient. we appreciated how close it was to everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious and tidy, providing a comfortable retreat. the staff were friendly and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

I appreciated my 12 nights stay. the staff was helpful and excellent; my every need was addressed. - the hotel had a central setting in nice surroundings. - It was close to a lovely walking path and park, as well as restaurants and clubs.

Located near the Nepean River with rooms and cabins available. Twin room was small but clean with own car spot, balcony, and en suite. Bed was comfortable, though pillows were firm. Secure and quiet, minimal noise from traffic or neighbors. Friendly reception staff. Coffee club and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Cables waterski park nearby.

Plenty of food options at the club 🍔. Convenient location near a nice park and walking trail, right above the showers.
